Cecilia was incredibly patient and friendly with us, even though we took ages to pick out two matching sofa covers for the couches we got from Go Modern. She offered fantastic advice and assisted us in finding just what we needed. James really made sure the sofa delivery happened smoothly while Cecilia was out. The delivery team from Furniture Concept was also super accommodating and quick. We’ve also purchased chests of drawers from Go Modern and received the same top-notch service the first time.

We were really pleased with the friendly assistance and guidance we got while picking out our dining table and chairs. The service was top-notch all the way, and the delivery guys were punctual and super helpful as well. I totally recommend them!

Top-notch service from beginning to end. We ordered a Bonaldo Big table, knowing it was made to order, so we anticipated a bit of a wait for delivery. Right after placing our order, we received a call with an estimated completion time, and it actually showed up earlier than expected. The delivery team reached out before the anticipated date to set up a convenient delivery time. They were super helpful and provided us with a two-hour window from 10:30 to 12:30. The drivers showed up right on the dot at 10:30.

We opted for the white glove delivery service, which cost us £110. This meant they brought it right to our dining room upstairs, which has a bit of a tricky staircase. No complaints whatsoever. They took their time to assemble the table carefully and even made some minor adjustments to ensure it was perfectly stable without us having to ask. Throughout the process, they were polite and efficient. They even offered to reposition the table exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging, which was a nice touch for us.

We had been quoted £600 by another company for their white glove service, and they didn’t even guarantee they could get it upstairs! We absolutely adore the table and would highly recommend this company.

We purchased the bed, bedside tables, a dressing table with a poof, and a big set of drawers - absolutely stunning, and it looks just as good as the pictures online!

Fantastic service - they deliver the furniture right to your room, set it up, and even take away the packaging - super smooth, no hassle, and you can start enjoying it right away.

We did face some delays with the last set of drawers - like many suppliers these days - but unlike others, the Manager James Crauford Taylor personally called to explain what was going on.

I just got my Oporto 250cm TV cabinet in a gorgeous burgundy high gloss finish. This thing is truly a beautiful piece of furniture—absolutely stunning and worth every single cent I paid for it. It took a bit of time to arrive, but honestly, it was totally worth the wait. The delivery crew was awesome, unpacking it, checking everything, and even taking all the packaging with them. Overall, a fantastic company with great service!

We were on the hunt for some sleek, upscale glass cabinets for a living room makeover. After scouring local stores and spending hours online, we stumbled upon Go Modern and their Italian ‘Tonelli’ cabinets. Since they’re made to order, we had to wait about 3 months for them to arrive, but they kept us updated throughout the process. The delivery happened a couple of weeks ago. There was a hiccup with one of the items, but Simon at Go Modern went above and beyond to help us sort it out, which is something I’ve rarely experienced with online shopping. I’m really happy with the cabinets; they look absolutely gorgeous. The level of care and customer service from Go Modern is a breath of fresh air these days and truly top-notch.

We purchased a gorgeous Bonaldo Big Table (with legs in orange, red, green, and lilac!) from this place and we are thrilled with it - it’s the ideal centerpiece for our kitchen/diner. I worked with a wonderful Italian guy named Claudio at the showroom who really knew his stuff. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, just that I needed something that would pop. He took the time to explain all the different tables and finishes, giving me the info I needed to make a smart choice. Delivery day was a breeze - the two friendly guys who brought the table took their time to ensure it was set up perfectly. I’d definitely recommend them!
